The IPAW60R280P7S is a seventh-generation Superjunction power MOSFET from Infineon’s CoolMOS™ P7 series, housed in a PG-TO220-FP fully insulated TO220 package. Designed for general-purpose AC-DC switching power supplies, it combines excellent energy efficiency, high robustness and simplified circuit design. As an upgraded successor to the CoolMOS™ P6 series, it is widely compatible with various power supply topologies, including hard-switching and resonant switching.
