LSM6DSM is a system-in-package (SiP) featuring a 3D digital accelerometer and a 3D digital gyroscope. It operates at a current of 0.65 mA in high-performance mode and features an always-on, low-power mode, delivering an optimal motion experience for consumers.

 

LSM6DSM supports the requirements of mainstream operating systems and provides 4 KB of real, virtual and batch sensors for dynamic data batching. The LSM6DSM has a full-scale acceleration range of ±2/±4/±8/±16 g and a angular rate range of ±125/±250/±500/±1000/±2000 dps.

 

LSM6DSM fully supports EIS and OIS applications, as the module incorporates a configurable signal processing path dedicated to OIS, as well as an auxiliary SPI configurable for the gyroscope and accelerometer. The LSM6DSM offers high resistance to mechanical shock, making it the ideal choice for system designers looking to create and manufacture reliable products.
