The LMR38025 is a SIMPLE SWITCHER® synchronous buck power converter from Texas Instruments featuring an ultra-low quiescent current of 40 µA. This device supports a wide input voltage range of 4.2V to 80V, delivers a continuous output current of 2.5A, and offers an adjustable output voltage range of 1V to 75V. It is housed in a 12-pin WSON package (3mm × 3mm) with wettable sides, making it suitable for surface-mount applications.

The LMR38025 is specifically designed for industrial applications with a wide input voltage range, as well as MHEV (mild hybrid electric vehicle) and EV (electric vehicle) systems. With an absolute maximum input voltage of up to 85V, it can continue to operate at a duty cycle close to 100% even when the input voltage drops to 4.2V.
